Big Week for
Jeff Buchanan & Friends!

On Monday night, both Bill Hader (SNL) and Henry Winkler (Happy Days) took home Emmys for Hader’s HBO series Barry, edited by Jeff Buchanan. Hader won for Outstanding Actor in a Comedy Series, while Winkler won for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series. This is Winkler’s first Emmy in a career spanning more than four decades. Huge congratulations to the cast and crew for the well-deserved recognition at this week’s Emmy Awards from Jeff and all of us at Final Cut!

But Barry isn’t all Buchanan’s been up to lately – he edited Kanye West & Lil Pump’s new “I Love It” music video, which has smashed YouTube records for a hip-hop premiere, with over 76 million views in its first week, and over 150 million views to date!

The video, was directed by Yeezy himself (along with Amanda Adelson), and was Executive Produced by Buchanan’s oft-collaborator, Spike Jonze.
